Restructuring / Turnaround Manager
Our client offers comprehensive company rescue, turnaround and restructuring services and also act in an executive capacity. When businesses require temporary support with bank or shareholder problems, the team can be retained to provide advice and guidance on restructuring and business change.
They are currently looking to hire another member of the team with excellent distressed banking experience and the ability to market and network for new business. You will have experience with the financial community as this is a key component when working for the board, bank support being invariably a precursor to a successful turnaround. Their clients are across all sectors in both UK and Europe on average have c£50 million turnover.

The introduction of strict cash management controls and approving cash outflows until stability is regained. Directors, banks and shareholders take comfort from this support.
Rapid analysis and objective review of businesses and support for stakeholders who demand answers to urgent questions.
Fast-track change programs. This will be in support of management or with a Turnaround Manager where a separation between "business-as-usual" and change is required.
Refinancing services. They have a national Asset Based Lending team.
Disposals. They have an entrepreneurial Corporate Finance team, who work in tandem with the aims of the turnaround strategy.
