Junior DMA Trader
We are a world leading global electronic brokerage house who provide a global trading platform that connects portfolio managers and traders directly to equity markets around the world. We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Trader within the DMA team.
Your duties will include:
- Fielding calls from high volume DMA clients, and advising accordingly on issues such as best execution, market functionality, outages and systems training.
- Pro active monitoring of client order flow via internal systems.
- Arrange and attend face to face client meetings to pitch DMA and associated offerings (algorithm's, CSA's etc), and identify any opportunities to cross sell our other products.
If you can speak french or german and have 1 years experience working for brokerage, investment bank, hedge fund, software vendor or equivalent in a front, middle or back office role, display knowledge of the workings of the European and US cash markets and are FSA Registered please apply stating your current remuneration package, notice period and expectations.

- Sales trading orders and news.
- Monitoring the execution of client trades.
- Updating the sales trading tools and verbal communication with other desks.
- Increase transaction revenue by creating dealing opportunities thorough understanding of our client base.
- Develop new opportunities by using existing business to gain momentum with a client and create new business.
- Cross sell to clients, introducing other Instinet products and capabilities when assigned.
